Welcome to my truly yummy recipes
Being gluten free for over 30 years has led me to cook everything from scratch and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. All my truly yummy recipes are homemade, wholesome, and as unprocessed as possible. While it can sometimes be tricky to avoid ultra-processed ingredients due to time constraints and the allergy free products available, I always aim to keep things natural, simple and healthy.
MY INSPIRATION
When I became dairy free, I adapted many of my gluten free recipes to be dairy free too. My inspiration comes from all over chef cookbooks, websites, food blogs, Sunday magazines, restaurant visits, social media, family favourites, and of course, my own kitchen experiments.
Having cooked for my family and friends for years, I’ve received so many lovely reviews that I know these dishes appeal to both children and adults alike. I truly hope you enjoy making them as much as I do.
I’ve kept these truly yummy recipes easy to follow, with tips for adapting them for vegetarian or vegan diets wherever possible. You’ll find everything listed in alphabetical order to make browsing simple.
NO FISH!
You also may notice there aren’t any fish recipes, that’s just because I’m not a big fan of fish. But feel free to adapt any of the dishes by swapping meat for your favourite fish. Think cod or another firm white fish instead of chicken or try adding prawns to curries. If I get enough requests, I might even add some fish recipes in future.
