Truly Yummy Salad Dressing

Truly Yummy Salad Dressing

My Truly Yummy Salad Dressing is not only simple to make and versatile, it is truly gluten free and dairy free.

While supermarket shelves are filled with pre-made dressings packed with unnecessary ingredients, this homemade version is simply has four quality ingredients. If possible, opt for the best olive oil and red wine vinegar you can find to take your salads to the next level. I have recommended the ones I use below.

I love to double the quantities as this yummy salad dressing pairs beautifully with Greek salads, mixed green leaves, tomato salads and more. The longer it rests the better the flavours combine and the garlic mellows.

Make it up and store it in a small Kilner jar or an empty clean jam jar. Keep it in a cool, dark place or even better in the fridge. Before using, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes and give it a good shake before pouring over your salad ingredients.
