1tspdark chocolate gratedrecommend Green & Blacks Organic Dark Cooking Chocolate which has a minimum of 70% cocoa solids.
Instructions
Place two scoops of soft vegan vanilla ice cream into the glass.
Measure 25ml of coffee liqueur and pour directly over the ice cream.
Brew a hot single espresso coffee and pour 25ml over the ice cream.
Finally grate a teaspoon of dark chocolate over the top and serve immediately.
Notes
If you prefer a non alcoholic version just remove the coffee liqueur from the ingredients. This will be the traditional Affogato al caffè Italian dessert usually served in a tall glass with a long spoon.
